Order Cancellation: We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order after the product has been shipped.

Returns: (if applicable) We accept returns. Customers are entitled to request a return refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.


Instructions:

  • To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also retain its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return. Do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.
  • If it is not a merchant issue, the customer needs to pay the highest shipping cost (for return); if it is a merchant issue, such as sending the wrong product, the consumer does not need to pay any return fees.

Refunds: (if applicable) We will send you a confirmation email after we receive and inspect your return. We will also notify you whether your return is accepted or rejected. If your return is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.

Delayed or lost receipt (if applicable) If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first.
